From January 1, 2013, it is possible to register ownership of an apartment, house, land plot at the State Registration Service (address in Odessa: 10-A Staritsky St.). Previously, the ownership of real estate was registered in the relevant department of the BTI (district, city). In addition, when a notary carries out a real estate transaction, he is empowered to register ownership of the object of the transaction.

How is registration and registration of ownership in Odessa carried out?

To register and formalize the ownership of a property in Odessa, you must contact the registration service with the appropriate application of the established form. The application must be accompanied by a list of documents, among which there must be documents confirming the ownership of an existing property or a newly created property, in particular:

  • an agreement on the alienation of property;
  • certificate of ownership;
  • state act on land;
  • the court’s decision;
  • declaration on putting the facility into operation;
  • investment agreement and others.
