Evgeniy Gareev is a lawyer in Odessa, founder of Evgenia Gareeva Law Office, member of the Ukrainian Bar Council, Odessa Regional Bar Association, partner of the Lawyers’ Association “Lexcellence”.
He received his higher education at the Odessa National Law Academy, after which he entered graduate school.
Since 2002 – work as a lawyer, head of the legal department in various institutions and organizations.
Since 2007, he began to conduct an independent private practice.
In 2009, he successfully passed the exams and received a certificate of the right to engage in advocacy. In the same year, he created a personal Law Office, which specializes in civil and commercial law, in particular, in matters of real estate, inheritance, family law, economic relations, and recovery of funds.
In 2010 – became a member, and since 2015 – a partner of the “Lexcellence” Lawyers Association, which specializes in maritime, international and corporate law.
Since 2003 – to the present day, a lecturer at the Department of Civil Law. I received the title of Associate Professor, PhD in Law, I am the author of about 50 publications, including the co-author of textbooks on Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and scientific comments on the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Economic Code of Ukraine.
